Perseus Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., seeks a Director of M&A; for its Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio. You will lead the sourcing pipeline, coordinate with the central M&A; team, and oversee transactions through the full lifecycle.

You will analyze opportunities, build financial models, and work with senior executives and bankers. This is a high-impact role requiring 5-7+ years in related fields and readiness to travel as needed.
