- Dealing with insurance companies and adjusters
- Supervising project managers and activities onsite;
- resolving concurrent problems arising during projects;
- Closing leads and generating sales
- Business Development Qualifications TheDirector of operationshould have:
- Excellent human relationship skills
- Experience in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters is an asset.
- Ease in multi-tasking
- sales training experience
- Experience in construction renovation, restoration and design.
