Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Disbursement Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the posting of disbursements to the appropriate client and file in LEAP

Duties

- Post and verify disbursements across all of the locations
- Maintain detailed records of all disbursement activities within systems like LEAP and Xero
- Responds to any questions pertaining to disbursements




- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions with precision to uphold data integrity

Skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform accurate data entry with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors
