Duties

- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Assist with food handling tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support food preparation processes
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic workspace
- Organize and store clean items properly for easy access by kitchen staff
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately




- Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is advantageous
- Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in daily operations
