Evening Dishwasher — Boulevard Kitchen & Bar | Dieppe, NB

Boulevard Kitchen & Bar is looking for a reliable, hardworking evening dishwasher to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy restaurant that takes pride in our food, service, and the way we work together. We need someone who takes pride in their work, stays focused during busy shifts, and understands how much a clean, organized kitchen matters.

Our dishwasher plays a key role in every service. Keeping clean dishes, utensils, and cookware moving allows our cooks and servers to do their jobs and gives our guests a great experience. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to keep up with service, maintain a tidy work area, and help finish the night with a properly cleaned kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Washing and sanitizing plates, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
- Operating the commercial dishwasher and checking that items are clean before putting them away.
- Returning clean dishes and equipment to their proper locations.
- Organizing incoming dishes and managing your workload during busy service.
- Keeping the dish station, sinks, counters, and surrounding floors clean throughout your shift.
- Handling garbage and recycling and keeping disposal areas tidy.
- Helping with general kitchen cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment as directed.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Completing closing duties thoroughly so the kitchen is clean and ready for the following day.




- Supporting the cooks with simple tasks when needed and when the dish area is caught up.

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone dependable who arrives on time, communicates well, and is ready to contribute. You should be comfortable working on your feet, handling repetitive tasks, and working in a warm, busy kitchen.

You don’t need years of restaurant experience to succeed in this role. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are what matter most. We’ll provide training so you understand our equipment, cleaning standards, and closing procedures.

The right person will be able to work independently while staying connected with the team. You’ll notice what needs to be done, keep your station organized, and ask for help or direction when needed.

Availability

This position requires evening and weekend availability. Shifts include kitchen closing duties, so you must be available to stay until your assigned work is complete and have reliable transportation home after evening shifts.

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
