About La Copa by Imperial The Imperial Group, the team behind The Imperial Tandoor and Agave by Imperial, is excited to introduce La Copa by Imperial, an upscale Spanish & Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant and social bar opening soon in Peterborough.

We are building a team passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Back-of-House team and help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen.

Position Overview

As a Dishwasher, you play an essential role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment are cleaned and available when needed.

Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Remove garbage and recycling and maintain clean kitchen floors and work surfaces.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties.




- Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean equipment and supplies are always available.
- Follow instructions from chefs and management.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining cleanliness standards.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties, including lifting kitchen items.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
