- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas by managing waste disposal and ensuring proper storage of clean items.
- Assist in organizing kitchen supplies and ensuring all dishware is stored correctly for easy access.
- Support the kitchen team by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate smooth food preparation and service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.




- Monitor dishwashing machinery for proper operation and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Contribute to a positive team setting by staying energetic, attentive, and proactive throughout your shift.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards within a food service or hospitality setting.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
