Duties

- Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, prep areas, and storage spaces throughout your shift.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related activities.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by providing timely assistance with food prep and dishwashing.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and food items.





Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus.
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining cleanliness and following safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine interest in food preparation, cooking, and strong work ethic.
- Foodsafe Certificate preferred but not required.
