Shift

Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our drivers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating towing and roadside service calls
- Dispatching drivers in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitoring driver status and workload using dispatch software
- Communicating with customers and providing accurate ETAs




- Maintaining up-to-date records of calls and services provided
- Supporting drivers in the field and prioritizing their safety
- Collaborating with the management team to improve operations

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in dispatching (preferred but not required , we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Calm and professional phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of the GTA is a strong asset
