DISPATCH - US INBOUND

Full-Time | On-Call Component

Position Overview

Green Earth Organics is seeking a Dispatch professional with a solid focus on product arriving directly from the United States. This individual will work closely with our Logistics team to ensure cross-border inbound loads are coordinated, tracked and received efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and monitor inbound loads originating in the United States.

· Communicate with drivers, carriers, suppliers, customs/brokerage contacts and internal teams.

· Track ETAs and provide timely updates regarding delays or changes.

· Coordinate delivery appointments with the receiving and warehouse teams.

· Review and organize transportation and cross-border documentation.

· Troubleshoot missed appointments, delays, rejected loads and other transportation issues.

· Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment status information.

· Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Receiving and Quality teams.





· Participate in an on-call component for urgent after-hours transportation matters.

Qualifications

· Previous dispatch, transportation or logistics experience preferred.

· Experience with Canada/U.S. cross-border freight is strongly preferred.

· Produce, food or refrigerated transportation experience is an asset.

· Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

· Highly organized and comfortable working under pressure and participating in on-call coverage.
