Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (Moncton, NB)

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Dispatcher to join our Moncton office. This is a 100% in-office role, not remote or hybrid, because dispatch works best when the team is working side by side.

What You’ll Be Doing

Picture this: the phone rings. A homeowner is stressed about mice. A restaurant needs urgent service. A technician has room for one more stop this afternoon. You answer calmly, find the right spot in the schedule, and make sure nothing gets missed.

You’ll be

- The First Point of Contact – Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling and Coordinating Service – Book technician appointments across Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Halifax, and surrounding areas.
- Resolving Customer Issues – Handle inquiries and service concerns in a timely, courteous way.
- Providing Quotes – Give accurate pricing using our systems and guidelines.
- Following Up on Accounts – Assist with accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
- Keeping Records Tight – Maintain accurate notes on customer interactions and scheduling so technicians can succeed.
- Supporting the Office – Help with quality control initiatives and general administration.

You’ll report directly to the Operations Director. What’s in It for You

Who We’re Looking For You don’t need pest control experience, just the right mindset.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a “the customer is always right” mentality
- Friendly, patient, and calm, even when a customer is stressed or the phones are busy
- Strong communicator on the phone and by email (French is an asset)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (dispatch software experience is a plus)
- Customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
