Job Title: Dispatcher, Edmonton, AB

Job Overview

We currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team for our bulk fuel operation located in Edmonton, AB. The Dispatcher will work closely with customers and drivers scheduling the day’s deliveries. This position is a local position, on an 10/4 rotation.

Key Accountabilities

- Complete fuel orders from customers
- Plan fuel routes for drivers and making changes when required
- Advise drivers of route and traffic problems

- Communicating with customers
- Routine and regular administrative work
- On call responsibility when on-shift

Education and Experience
- Must have a Grade 12 or a GED
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Previous experience in a dispatch role an asset
- Previous experience in fuel delivery an asset

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills




- Ability to read and write fluently in English
- Motivation and ability to work well independently or within a team environment
- Superior organizational skills; high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work schedules and conditions
- Must be able to adapt to changing environment
