Join our dynamic team as a Shift Runner, where you will lead the daily operations of our busy pizza restaurant. Responsibilities

- Run daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all team members perform their duties effectively
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work setting
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedure
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area, including kitchen and dining spaces

Experience

Previous experience is an asset, but it’s not required. We provide full training, so you can start from scratch!

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prior experience in hospitality roles like bartending or barista work is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant management best practices
- Experience with cash handling, serving, or hotel industry roles adds valuable insight
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interview, train, and motivate staff effectively

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
