Role: Responsible for courteous pick-up and delivery of packages, ensuring compliance with company service standards and safety regulations.

Key Duties

- Efficiently operate vehicles to deliver and pick up packages, maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively.
- Inspect, select, and report on packages, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and adherence to service features.
- Utilize computerized tracking systems accurately and respond to customer inquiries regarding services and regulations.
- Adhere to operating procedures, secure packages and company property, and plan routes for efficiency.
- May load/unload aircraft or containers, and sort or scan packages as needed.
- Identify sales opportunities, communicate leads to sales teams, and promote additional business.

Qualifications & Skills





- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in customer service preferred; some knowledge of customs and company operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in safety, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance.
- Must pass driving assessments and demonstrate valuable driving history.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility for varying workload, ability to work under pressure, and bilingual skills (French and English) for Quebec applicants.
