Key responsibilities include

- accurate package selection, inspection, and reporting
- operating loads, planning routes, and ensuring package security
- seeking additional business and informing sales of market changes
- operating computerized systems for tracking and dispatch
- providing customer service by answering questions and informing clients about services
- operating vehicles safely and complying with regulations
- loading/unloading aircraft or containers as needed

- Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and customer service experience.
