Role: Temporary courier position focused on productive package pick-up and delivery, customer service, and adherence to operational procedures.

- Responsibilities: Safely and professionally deliver and pick up packages, ensure shipments meet service standards, maintain accurate documentation, operate computerized tracking systems, and provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and promoting additional business opportunities.
- Plan routes for efficiency, load vehicles securely, and perform package sorting or loading as needed.
- Operate vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- May handle aircraft or container loading, unloading, and scanning based on workload.

Qualifications & Skills:



High School Diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Must have full availability for shifts and demonstrate proficiency in equipment and service features. Additional Requirements: Ability to follow procedures, maintain professionalism, work in a Windows environment, and, for Quebec candidates, bilingual in French and English. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles.
