Role: Responsible for courteous pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring compliance with service standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties

- Efficiently operate vehicles, plan routes, and securely load packages.
- Accurately inspect, label, and report on packages and shipments.
- Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
- Answer customer inquiries about services and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
- Support additional tasks such as loading/unloading aircraft or containers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Customer service experience preferred.




- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and follow safety regulations.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required.
- Successful completion of driver assessments and adherence to safety standards.

Additional Requirements: Must work a minimum of four shifts per month, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain certifications. The role involves working in a rapid-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
