Part time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Central Dispatch and Operations Manager

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, approximately 17 hours per week

Weels, Inc. is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and helping out wherever needed. Your time will be split between completing vendor pickups and drop-offs throughout the GTA and assisting our team with general warehouse duties, including packaging and shipping orders.

A company vehicle, phone and gas card are provided, so you do not need to use your own vehicle or cover fuel costs.

This is a part-time position working 5 days per week, Tuesday through Saturday, for approximately 17 hours per week:

- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:
- Completing vendor pickups and/or drop-offs at various locations throughout the GTA
- Safely operating a company-provided vehicle
- Loading and unloading products as required
- Ensuring items are handled and transported safely
- Communicating with Central Dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, or other updates
- Checking pickup and delivery information for accuracy
- Assisting with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
- Helping with general warehouse duties as needed
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and reporting any maintenance concerns, damage, or issues




- Representing WEELS professionally and courteously when interacting with vendors, customers, and members of the public

What We're Looking For

- Must be the age of majority in Ontario
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Comfortable driving throughout the GTA
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer applications
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Professional and friendly when interacting with vendors and customers
- Able to safely lift at least 40 lbs.
- Available to work the scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday
