Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Lead

Work Location : Great Toronto area preferred, open to the other locations in Canada

Contract Duration : 1 year + extension (2-year project)

Role Summary : Lead the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform components of the project, supporting the delivery of CRM/case management capabilities and digital services using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Pages.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Develop and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Support the delivery of Power Pages-based digital/portal capabilities.
- Support Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, including Customer Service, Sales and Field Service where required by the solution.




- Support integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with the broader solution architecture and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect, Azure Integration resources, GIS team, Data Migration team, QA and other project resources.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Skills / Experience

- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Robust experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Pages.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary delivery team and support integration with other platform components.
