E-Commerce Fulfillment & Creative Specialist (Hybrid Role)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and independent to join our small team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who loves being hands-on with both physical e-commerce operations and creative content creation.

You will spend your time ensuring customers get their orders quickly and accurately, while using any remaining time to film content and short-form video ads for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Please note that this is not a rigid 50/50 split of your day. The breakdown will fluctuate depending on daily order volume:

- Orders Are Always Priority: When order volume spikes or during peak launch weeks, the vast majority of your time will be spent picking, packing, and managing inventory to ensure zero shipping delays.
- Content Fills the Gaps: During slower shipping windows, your time shifts to filming, editing, and batch-creating short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

- Order Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and print shipping labels for daily orders
- Quality Control: Inspect outgoing products to ensure top-notch quality, correct sizing, and crisp folding/packaging.
- Inventory Management: receiving incoming shipments, counting and putting stock away
- Workspace Upkeep:



Keep the packing station, box inventories, and warehouse space clean, stocked, and well-organized.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

- Product & Lifestyle Shoots: Film close-up product details, fit checks and unboxing concepts.
- Editing: Trim, edit, add trending audio, and add captions to short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Ideation: Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, hooks, and audio formats to brainstorm weekly video concepts

Qualifications & Skills

- Hands-on & Organized: Robust attention to detail; you don't miss a size or uncut thread when packing orders.
- Creative Eye: Experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, TikTok native editor, etc.).
- Social Native: Intimately familiar with TikTok, Reels, and short-form video trends.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs (boxes of apparel/inventory) and stand comfortably during packing shifts.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and managing your time between operational tasks and creative deadlines.
