Duties

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social skills
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Observe and document each child's progress to inform planning and communicate effectively with families and colleagues
- Facilitate positive behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and emotional regulation




- Collaborate with team members to develop inclusive curricula aligned with early childhood education standards

Skills
