We are hiring for a BC Registered Early Childhood Educator or Assistant to join our team. This is a position that offers flexibility and can be a casual, or part-time position. Because our enrolment and coverage needs change, this role features a variable schedule. The ideal candidate must be open to working different hours each day (e.g., morning shifts some days, afternoon shifts others) and willing to extend hours or add extra days when center occupancy or staff coverage requires it.

This role may transition to a full-time position in one of our programs as openings become available, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and growth within our organization. Responsibilities:

- Support classroom activities across multiple programs as needed
- Assist with daily routines, supervision, and play-based programming
- Maintain positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Adapt confidently to different classrooms and age groups
- Follow licensing requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Valid BC License to Practice




- Valid first aid/CPR certificate
- Clear criminal record check
- References
