Store Manager – Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper preparation of ingredients, including eggs, toppings, and other menu items.
- Operate and oversee the proper use of kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and other equipment.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, order accuracy, and packaging.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and daily product needs.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout the day.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.




- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a skilled manner.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, performance, and overall workplace standards.
- Ensure company policies, food safety procedures, and health regulations are followed.
- Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and other concerns to management.

Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Previous restaurant or food-service experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be willing to perform hands-on food preparation and support the team during busy periods.
