Egg Collector – Part-Time

G&G; Poultry Ltd. is seeking a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Egg Collector to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating egg packing equipment twice daily and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate egg packing equipment twice daily to collect, pack, and store hatching eggs.
- Perform weekly cleaning of packing equipment, anterooms, and office spaces.
- Ensure equipment is properly functioning and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
Work Schedule
- Thursday through Monday each week.
- Split shift: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Five hours per day, totalling 25-35 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience with farm equipment or egg collection is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Ability to follow schedules and maintain a clean,
organized working environment.
- Physically capable of handling daily egg collection duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
- $22.00 per hour during training.
- $25.00 per hour once trained and able to independently operate the packing equipment and complete egg collection and cleaning duties.
