Location: Drayton Valley, AB Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Oilfield / Electrical & Instrumentation

We are looking for a Dual Ticket Journeyman Electrician & Instrumentation Technician to join our team working on pump jacks, oilfield production equipment, and small oilfield facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and instrumentation experience, be comfortable troubleshooting in the field, and take pride in safe, quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

- Electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Work on pump jacks, production equipment, and small oilfield facilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
- Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical and instrumentation systems
- Instrument calibration and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams
- Assist with commissioning and startup of oilfield equipment




- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs
- Follow all company, client, and site safety procedures
- Work safely around H2S and other oilfield hazards
- Maintain accurate work records and documentation

Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certification
- Valid H2S certification
- Valid First Aid certification
- Oilfield experience required or strongly preferred
- Pump jack and production equipment experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
