En tant qu'electromecanicien(ne), vous jouerez un role cle dans l'entretien et l'amelioration des systemes mecaniques, electriques et automatises de notre installation. Vous travaillerez directement avec l'equipement de production, resoudrez des problemes et contribuerez a une exploitation securitaire et efficace. C'est une excellente opportunite pour une personne qui aime resoudre des problemes, travailler de ses mains et faire partie d'une equipe qui nourrit les communautes a travers le Canada.

Exigences

- Doit etre legalement autorise a travailler au Canada
- Doit avoir 18 ans ou plus
- D.E.P. en electromecanique ou en mecanique industrielle (ou equivalent quebecois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- A l'aise avec les taches physiques : soulever (jusqu'a 50 lb), grimper, s'agenouiller, rester debout pendant de longues periodes




- Capacite a travailler en hauteur et flexibilite pour faire des heures supplementaires, les fins de semaine ou les jours feries avec preavis
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance

Responsabilites

- Effectuer la maintenance preventive et repondre aux problemes d'equipement pour assurer la continuite de la production
- Diagnostiquer, reparer et optimiser les systemes mecaniques et electriques
- Soutenir le demarrage de la production le matin et s'assurer que l'equipement est pret
- Realiser des taches de fabrication, de soudure et de modification au besoin
- Participer aux projets d'amelioration et de mise a niveau des equipements
- Maintenir un atelier et un environnement d'usine propres et organises
- Respecter les normes de securite alimentaire et de securite au travail

Qualifications Souhaitees

- Certificat de raccordement d'equipement
- Experience en soudure T.I.G.
- Familiarite avec les equipements d'etiquetage (Bizerba) et d'emballage (Omori, Ulma)
- Connaissance des normes HACCP et de l'industrie alimentaire
- Excellentes competences en communication et en travail d'equipe
- Autonomie et approche axee sur la securite

This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches,



sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

As an Electromechanic , you'll be a key player in maintaining and improving the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems that power our facility. You'll work hands-on with production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a team that feeds communities across Canada.

What You Need

- Must be currently legal to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- D.E.P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, standing for long periods
- Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays with notice
- Basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation

What You Will Do

- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment issues to keep production on track
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical and electrical systems
- Support morning production startup and ensure equipment is ready to go
- Carry out fabrication, welding, and modification tasks as needed
- Participate in equipment upgrades and improvement projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and plant environment
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

- Certificate in equipment connection
- Experience with T.I.G. welding
- Familiarity with labeling (Bizerba) and packaging equipment (Omori, Ulma)
- Knowledge of HACCP and food industry standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with a safety-first mindset
