Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) L1

Salary: $3,500.00 CAD per month

​We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused EUC (End User Computing) L1 Support Technician to join our team in Brantford, ON. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, delivering prompt, hands-on, and remote IT assistance to end-users to ensure smooth daily operations.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices (printers, monitors, docking stations).
- ​Perform desktop setup, OS deployment (Windows/Mac), and application installation for current hires and hardware refreshes.
- ​Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- ​Log, prioritize, escalate, and resolve user tickets efficiently within established SLA timelines.




- ​Troubleshoot basic local network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connections).
- ​Maintain basic IT asset management records and inventory logs for localized equipment.

​Qualifications & Requirements

- ​Education/Experience: Certificate, diploma, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365/Office applications, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- ​Troubleshooting: Strong foundational hardware and software diagnostic capabilities.
- ​Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a strong focus on user satisfaction.
- ​Location: Must be physically located in or able to commute reliably to Brantford, ON.

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
