- Data Collection & Feedback: Maintain accurate business directory records, gather feedback from business owners,

and monitor engagement metrics to evaluate program success and inform future strategies.
- Volunteer & Program Coordination: Recruit, schedule, and lead volunteers or temporary staff for district initiatives, meetings, and community activations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution (proof of enrollment required). Preference will be given to NAIT students.
- Supervisory & Leadership Experience: Proven ability to motivate, supervise, and guide small teams, volunteers, or event crews toward shared objectives with transparency and enthusiasm.
- Strong Public Speaking & Interpersonal Skills: High confidence in engaging face-to-face with a diverse group of business owners, community members, and municipal partners.
- Project & Event Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate neighborhood projects, promotional campaigns, or community events from start to finish.
- Marketing & Communications Background: Experience managing social media accounts, crafting compelling newsletters, and executing grass-roots marketing campaigns.
