Providing weekly progress reports on rolling stock and services projects to the ISR Director

Ensuring feedback from maintenance projects is incorporated into future bids

Identifying technical risks and ensuring they are covered by a dedicated action plan

Supporting the Bid Manager during customer negotiations, identifying any technical changes during that phase

Defining technical solutions for design tenders such as Asset Life Management (ALM), promoting the use of Alstom standard solutions

Performing smooth transitions between tender phases and project execution
