Mastercard seeks a Manager, Software Engineering to guide the evolution of Sanctions Screening solutions. This hybrid role blends technical leadership (70%) with people management (30%), with emphasis on architecture, delivery, and team growth.

You will mentor a team of engineers, drive AI-assisted and agentic engineering initiatives, ensure secure, scalable systems, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Compliance and Operations to deliver business-critical capabilities.
