Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Lead for a Big 5 Canadian banking client. The successful candidate will support change management efforts for a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing the bank's Homebuyer Customer Journey.

The ideal candidate is a strategic change leader with experience driving enterprise-wide transformation, building executive buy-in, and leading frontline adoption initiatives within large financial institutions.
