MaintainX is hiring a Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of 5-6 Enterprise ISRs, coaching them into robust closers and building this function from the ground up.

You'll be a player-coach, staying close to calls to unblock deals while owning the team's pipeline, bookings, and renewals, partnering with Revenue Ops, Enablement, Marketing and Customer Success to improve routing, onboarding, handoffs, and expansion execution.
