As an Entry Level Client Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping customers explore available services, understand their options, and find solutions that suit their needs. You'll work in a customer-facing environment that encourages clear communication, dependable service, and positive interactions.

Whether you have experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, or you're exploring your first professional opportunity, we'll help you get comfortable with the role through practical training and ongoing guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers and prospects, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Understand customer needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening
- Provide helpful information about available services and their benefits
- Walk customers through different options and assist with their decisions
- Respond to inquiries and address common concerns with patience and care
- Coordinate with teammates to keep daily activities running smoothly
- Develop your product knowledge and communication skills through regular training
