As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you'll learn the business, work alongside experienced team members, and develop valuable skills that can support your long-term career goals.

What you'll be doing

- Introduce customers to Internet, TV, home phone, and wireless services, helping them understand available features and benefits
- Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional conversations, both in person and over the phone
- Learn about customer needs and recommend products and services that make sense for them
- Prepare quotes and presentations, explain available options, and guide customers through the sales process
- Work alongside your teammates to support individual and team goals
- Stay up to date on product information, current promotions, and industry developments through ongoing training and team meetings
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our services and customer experience

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service,



or communications is an asset, but not required. Full training is provided
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A customer-focused approach and interest in providing great service
- Willingness to learn new products, systems, and sales techniques
- Interest in developing communication, negotiation, and business skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
