· Maintained and repaired semiconductor manufacturing equipment supporting wafer production.
· Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on AMAT Endura II RF PVD, RF Copper PVD, ALD and CVD.
· Worked closely with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers.
· Troubleshot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, optical and vacuum systems.
· Trained technicians on PVD equipment fundamentals, ALD/CVD maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Created and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Supported Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities with Process Engineers.
· Active Emergency Response Team (ERT) member.
Pay: $53,200.00-$134,000.00 per year
