Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.




- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Experience with food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
