Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. As an Esthetician, you will also play a vital role in educating clients about skincare routines, recommending products, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliation, waxing, and other esthetic services with precision and care
- Apply eyelash extensions skillfully to enhance clients’ natural beauty while maintaining safety standards
- Provide personalized consultations to assess skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Engage with clients at the front desk, greeting visitors warmly and managing appointment scheduling efficiently
- Upsell retail products by educating clients on their benefits and matching them with their skincare needs
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions,



and ensuring a positive experience throughout each visit
- Required Service Knowledge: Waxing (Brazilian Technique an asset), Chemicals Peels,· Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Laser, Manicure, Pedicure, Shellac Application, Artificial Gel Nails an asset

Skills

- Proficiency in eyelash extension application and other advanced esthetic techniques
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to confidently recommend products that meet client needs
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice
- Experience managing front desk responsibilities such as scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Ability to upsell services and products tactfully while prioritizing client satisfaction
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards relevant to esthetic practices
