Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations with precision and care
- Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Deliver engaging retail sales by educating clients on skincare lines and upselling complementary products
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, inviting treatment area
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Assist in promoting special offers and new services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and retail transactions
Skills
- Proficiency in eyelash extension application with attention to detail and safety standards
- Strong retail sales ability with a focus on upselling skincare products and services
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every client
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and product recommendations clearly
- Experience managing front desk operations including scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Knowledge of skincare techniques, trends, and best practices in esthetics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong social media skills and presence is favoured.
