- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ eye aesthetics and boost their confidence
- Engage with clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products suited to each client’s skin type and concerns through effective upselling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions clearly, and ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Proven experience performing skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, or eyelash extensions
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with diverse clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
