We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Event Security Supervisors to join our growing team in the GTA. This role is ideal for security professionals who are confident leaders, thrive in dynamic environments, and have a passion for managing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

The Event Security Supervisor will be responsible for leading security teams at various events throughout the GTA. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage security operations while maintaining a qualified and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support Event Security Guards during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all staff are performing duties in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team during events.




- Conduct site briefings and provide direction to security personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and address operational issues as they arise.
- Prepare and submit incident reports, occurrence reports, and shift summaries.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and customer service concerns.
- Assist with crowd management, access control, and event safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional presence and represent West Egg Security positively at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and security procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum three (3) years of Security Supervisor experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Additional Requirements

- Ontario Smart Serve Certification is preferred.
- Candidates who do not currently possess Smart Serve must be willing to obtain it within 2–3 business days of receiving a conditional offer of employment as part of the onboarding process.
