- Manage operating and capital budgets and financial performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for the Board.
- Oversee facility, lease, tenant and operational requirements.

- Identify grants, funding opportunities and current partnerships.
- Represent the Park throughout Calgary and the broader community.

You are an experienced Executive Director, CEO,
General Manager or senior leader who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
You bring
- Senior leadership experience within a nonprofit, charitable, recreational, community, municipal or similarly stakeholder-driven organization.
- Demonstrated financial and budget management experience.
- Experience working directly with a governance Board.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-management capabilities.
- Experience with grants, fundraising, sponsorships or donor development.
- Ability to work effectively with municipal and government representatives.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports, financial information and recommendations for a Board.
- Experience with facilities, leases, tenants or property-related relationships would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Why This Opportunity?
This is an opportunity to combine business leadership with community purpose and help guide the next chapter of an organization built around a simple principle:
Everyone should have a place to play.
Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
If you're a senior leader who enjoys hands-on involvement, strategy, building relationships and making things happen, we'd like to hear from you.
