We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team! Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs, providing expert recommendations.
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, and treatments with precision and artistry.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients throughout their appointment by communicating clearly about processes, products, and aftercare tips.
- Upsell professional hair care products and retail items that complement client needs while enhancing salon revenue.




- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain loyal clients.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Experience with retail sales at the front desk or in a salon setting is preferred.
- Must be licensed or certified according to local regulations for practicing cosmetology or hairstyling.
