We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate testing methods.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Inspect machinery for defects or malfunctions and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
