We are a boutique education consulting company located in Vancouver, committed to providing high-quality academic support and strategic planning for students applying to top universities in North America. We are currently looking for AP Statistics Tutors to join our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective lessons aligned with the AP curriculum
- Support students in building deep conceptual understanding and test-taking strategies
- Deliver both in-person small group lessons tutoring sessions
- Assist students with exam preparation, assignments, and study planning
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with our advising team to support students' academic and university application goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a North American university (related to subject area)
- Minimum 3 years of tutoring experience, preferably with AP-level instruction
- Strong familiarity with College Board AP curriculum and exam format
- Native or near-native fluency in English (teaching language is English)
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in-person in Kerrisdale and online as needed
- Must have legal working status in Canada (work permit, PR, or citizenship)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, subject specialization, and teaching format.
Starting at CAD 40 per hour
