We're a custom home builder based in Kimberley, BC, specializing in thoughtfully designed homes, renovations, and architectural woodwork. Our projects bring together traditional craftsmanship, quality materials, and contemporary design. We believe in building homes that will be appreciated for generations.

We're looking for three experienced carpenters to join our team.

We're looking for people who enjoy the work itself. Carpenters who take pride in getting the details right, enjoy solving problems, and appreciate the satisfaction of building something exceptional.

You don't need to be a site supervisor or manage a crew. We have experienced supervisors leading our projects. What we need are skilled, dependable carpenters who can take on a task, work independently, and consistently produce excellent work.

What we're looking for

- Solid experience in residential construction, including framing and finishing.
- The ability to read drawings, understand details, and carry out work with minimal supervision.
- Valuable judgment, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Pride in your craftsmanship and respect for the people you work alongside.
- A willingness to learn, contribute, and be part of a strong team.
- Red Seal certification is an asset, but practical experience and ability matter more to us.
