Apollo Excavating & Civil Works Ltd. is looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Construction Labourer to join our team for ongoing civil construction projects in the Greater Vancouver area.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction, excavation, underground utilities, and general site operations. We are looking for a hardworking individual who can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and general earthworks.
- Support the installation of underground utilities, including storm, sanitary, and water services.
- Assist equipment operators with daily site operations.
- Perform hand digging, shovelling, compacting, and site preparation.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment.
- Assist with pipe laying, bedding, and backfilling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow company safety procedures and WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Perform other general civil construction duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in civil construction, excavation, or underground utility work is required.




- Experience with pipe installation, trenching, and grading is an asset.
- Ability to safely operate basic construction tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding outdoor construction work.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred.

- $26.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
