In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized home cleaning services that ensure comfort, hygiene, and a beautiful living space for families and individuals. Your proactive approach, trustworthiness, and exceptional attention to detail will contribute significantly to building strong client relationships and creating a positive, stress-free experience for homeowners.Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and hallways using appropriate techniques and home-safe products.
- Tailor cleaning routines to meet the specific requests, preferences, and delicate surfaces of individual homeowners.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows (interior), furniture, fixtures, and delicate household surfaces in accordance with high residential standards.
- Manage household waste and recycling disposal efficiently while respecting the client's home-sorting guidelines.
- Handle clients’ personal property with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality.
- Follow health, safety, and security protocols diligently, including safely managing house keys, alarm codes, and pet safety.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding specific needs,



or report any accidental damage or structural issues directly to management.

Skills
- Proven experience in residential or hotel/hospitality cleaning with a strong understanding of home care and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate residential cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam mops, and microfiber tools effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp focus on high-touch surfaces, organization, and residential hygiene standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting warmly and professionally with homeowners and family members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively while working independently within a client's private space.
- High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion, backed by a clean criminal record check.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and safely navigating stairs inside multi-level homes.
