Duties

- Deliver engaging, hands-on hairstyling demonstrations and tutorials to students in a classroom setting
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that combine technical skills with industry best practices
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students refine their techniques and build confidence
- Maintain a positive, inspiring classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and learning
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools,



and techniques in hairstyling to ensure relevant instruction
- Assist in evaluating student progress through practical assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum content and instructional methods

Requirements

- Experience as a professional hairstylist
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly demonstrate techniques and concepts
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring aspiring beauty professionals
- Knowledge of current hair trends, products, tools, and safety standards in the industry
- Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively and foster student engagement
- Must be licensed as required by local regulations for hairstylists
