Studio is looking for an experienced Hairstylist / Colorist who is confident with precision cutting, balayage, highlights, color corrections, and hair extensions. This is an opportunity for a talented, fashion-forward stylist to deliver beautiful results, create exceptional guest experiences, and grow within a positive and collaborative salon environment. What you’ll do: Perform precision haircuts and contemporary styling Create balayage, highlights, color transformations, and color corrections Apply and maintain hair extensions, including tape-ins, micro-links, and keratin bonds Consult with guests and recommend customized services Deliver consistent, high-quality salon experiences Build repeat clientele and grow service sales Collaborate positively with the salon team Participate in salon social media content with client consent Follow salon sanitation and service standards Compensation: The introductory rate is $25.00 per hour while you build your clientele and work toward the salon’s service and commission targets. Once the required service and sales levels are achieved, compensation transitions to a competitive commission-based structure, offering the opportunity to earn above the starting hourly rate as your clientele and service sales grow. Minimum 3 years of professional hairstylist and color experience Strong skills in cutting, styling, balayage, highlights, and color correction Experience with one or more hair-extension methods Excellent consultation, customer service, sales, and upselling skills Strong sanitation practices Friendly, positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable participating in social media content with client consent Why join Define Hair Studio?
