Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

REQUIREMENTS AND CANDIDATE ASSETS The ideal candidate will:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience performing bookkeeping for law firms;
- Proficiency using legal accounting software
- Experience in reconciling General bank accounts
- Experience in preparing journal entries

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reconciling General Bank accounts;
- Posting Accounts Payable;
- Coordinate with external vendors for any AP questions




- Posting expense reimbursements;
- Posting firm receipts in Xero;
- Reconcile corporate credit cards;
- Reissuing stale-dated cheques;
- File and remit GST
- Respond to the Controller for any questions related to Xero entries
- Such further and other accounting and bookkeeping duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
